WebAutomatic (switchblade) knives are illegal according to the Federal Switchblade act and can not be shipped across state lines (unless meeting the exceptions). But BladeHQ asks for an exception for the sale/shipment of an assisted knife to NY state! Assisted knives can be shipped across state lines according to Federal Law. Do you know if CRKT notified all the dealers who stocked this knife and told them not to sell it? I doubt it. "Don't stress it". Accept their generous offer and move on.
