WebSep 7, 2024 · In the last 20 years Crosby hasn't really put a foot wrong and Stills albums with the Rides and now the duet album with Judy Collins are truly superb. You could make a wonderfully essential CSN album out of all their latest solo albums. Shame the same couldn't be said of Mr. Young (bar the sublime "Hitchhiker") WebJan 22, 2011 · I was looking forward to this album with eager anticipation at the time and was very disappointed. I still like Neil's songs, but the album sounds like an incoherent mess. I get the feeling they weren't together in the same room during the recordings and individual egos prevailed. After a fresh listen, I still feel the same.
