Floor joists are 19-1/2 inches on center, when normal builders go 16 inches on center. Most builders put bridging between joists and Fischer doesn't. WebWe just had our home built by Fischer! The painters and trim guys seemed sloppy so there were things like uneven trim, paint drops on the wood, some missed areas.
