WebYes, it is. Assuming you're using MO2: Have both FNIS and Nemesis in your left pane. Also have their output folders. Have Nemesis and it's output folder loading after FNIS and it's output. Disable Nemesis, it's output folder, and any animation mods that you know don't work with FNIS. Run FNIS like normal.
