WebI have been bleeding internally a lot lately with no explanation. Now I'm anemic (7.14) and the doctor said they were thinking about a blood transfusion. Plus they want me to want me to watch my heart for any palpitations etc. I'm so scared and here I thought it was just because I'm a 46yo female going through the change.
